Shipping & Delivery

Q: When will my order ship?
A: If your order is received by 5pm, it will ship the same day. If after 5pm, it will ship the next morning.


Q: How are your shipments delivered?
A: We have our own fleet of trucks that will deliver within a 50 mile radius of Chicago, IL. If you live outside of this area, we utilize the most economical and time efficient method of shipping. We utilize UPS, FedEx, and LTL carriers. All orders are also available for customer pick-up or your selected collect carrier.


Q: What are your delivery charges?
A: For all local deliveries (50 mile radius of Chicago) if your order is greater than $300, we will deliver for free. If your order is less than $300, we will add a delivery charge of $32.95.


Q: If I am within the 50 mile radius of Chicago and I place an order, when will it be delivered?
A: All local delivery orders are delivered next day.


Returns & Replacements

Q: How long do I have to return a product?
A: 30 days from the time of purchase


Q: How do I return a product?
A: Call customer service at 630.384.1130 and obtain an RMA# (return merchandise authorization). Provide your email address that will allow us to send you a return postage label and send your package back. If this is a return and not an exchange, you will receive credit once we have received the product back and it has been inspected and approved to put back into our stock. A restocking fee of 20% will be subtracted from your credit.


Q: How do I exchange a product that was sent in error or is damaged or defective?
A: Same as above and once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will ship the replacement product immediately.


Ordering

Q: How do I place an order on the web?
A: Once you find your items, add them to the shopping cart. Once you have added everything that you need, click on ‘Check Out’ which will allow you to complete your shipping and billing information to complete your order.


Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Q: How do I pay for my order?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover. You will be able to enter your credit card info securely when you ‘check out’ to complete your order.


Q: Am I able to get terms?
A: Yes. We welcome you to complete a Credit Application on our website, which will then go through credit verification. Once approved, your order will be processed and shipped immediately.


Q: What terms are available?
A: Net 30 with approved credit.


Q: Can I pay by check?
A: If you have previously established credit and already have an open account with us, you may pay by check.
